- $105 an hour + Supplies
- Hoarded Spaces ranges from $105 to $400 an hour
- For all projects including Extreme Cleaning we provide the cleaning supplies
- For Estate Sales our rate is 25% of its entirety and 35% of items sold individually not including Estate Sales
- For travel we charge 40 cents per mile over 25 miles (will vary if traveling more than 250 miles)
- Trash dump fee starting at $100 for a full truck bed load of trash or donations
- $100 deposit for confirmed appointments (the deposit will be applied to project total)
- Cancelations must be done before 24 hours of appointment or no return deposit
