We help you with your home, storage units, office space, business, etc… After a consultation we come up with a game plan and that plan will usually consist of 3 major steps. 1. Categorizing all items with like items, 2. Getting rid of the items that no longer serve you purpose, you no longer want, or you no longer need, and 3. We will do a deep clean and properly place everything into an efficient and practical home.
Deep Cleaning/Sanitization
During times like these with a monster like COVID going around, we all must be extra cautious, and we understand the importance of keeping the germs away as much as possible. If this sounds like something you could benefit from then you’ve come to the right place. Set up an appointment for your home, office space, or even your retail store. we will bring an assortment of antibacterial and nontoxic cleaning products and do a deep clean followed by intense sanitization of every square inch of your space.
Liquidation & Estate Sales
When eliminating unwanted and unneeded items that you feel are of value, we will list them on several platforms to sell them for you for the best possible price. If you’re selling a home or have lost a loved one and in need of an estate sale, we do extensive research circumstantial to the items, price everything, and market throughout several platforms. With Estate sales we also remove any trash and/or items left at end of sale and do a proper and deep clean for house to be sold cleanliness.
Packing & Unpacking
If you’re moving or just moved, we provide all packing services. We have extensive experience with handling fragile items such as antiques and dishware. All items being packed and/or unpacked will be handled with care and caution.
Decorating & Home Staging
Ready for a new look in your home or office? We got you covered. If you just want to add a splash of color, looking for a change or want a whole home makeover we do it all. With your input on likes and dislikes we make your space attractive to you. If you’re trying to sell your home and need some sprucing up we will rearrange and brighten up to make the process quick and easy.
Hoarded Spaces
If you or someone you know is struggling to let go of items or have an unhealthy attachment to things we are here to help. We have personal experience with the detriment of having excessive clutter and how it can impact our personal and professional lives. Without a schedule tarabrit would not exist! We have mastered a schedule that works for us from morning to night. We can create a daily schedule, weekly or monthly schedule for you. If you’re struggling with time management, not making the most of your day or just need a routine, we can help. If you’re looking to get healthy or kick bad habits, we can help you come up with a plan that will mesh perfectly with you specifically.
Donation Drop and Trash Dump
Along with selling items and hosting Estate Sales we want to take all unwanted items off your hands. At the end of each project once you have decided what you no longer need in your home we will take items to homeless shelters, Donation Centers and discard of any trash.
